Additional ParkingIn addition to the lot adjacent to our offices, there are other commercial lots as well as street parking. NOTE: Be sure NOT to park in the Bar Association's lot to the immediate west of our building on West Jefferson St. The location is convenient, but getting your vehicle back after it has been towed isn't. Options include:
PMI Parking (North Washington)11 North Washington St. Driving Directions from I-270:Take Exit 6A, turning east onto Route 28 (also called West Montgomery Avenue) toward Rockville Town Center. (If, after turning onto Route 28, you drive past a gas station, you are going the wrong direction.) At a "Y" intersection, turn left to stay on West Montgomery Avenue. (At this light, Route 28 and West Montgomery Avenue diverge. West Montgomery Avenue is a left turn, Route 28 curves right, and Falls Road comes in from far right.) At the next light (intersection of Washington St. and Montgomery Ave.), continue through the intersection. Just past the intersection, turn left into the PMI lot. The entrance is just before the M&T Bank. Walking to Mulberry from the PMI (North Washington) Lot:Walk out the lot entrance onto Montgomery Ave. Turn right and walk to the light (intersection of Montgomery Ave. and Washington St.). Cross the intersection and immediately turn left onto Washington St. At the next light (intersection South Washington St. and West Jefferson St.), turn right. Our office are in the Garza Building, the white building on the right. We are in Suite 207 on the second floor (up the stairs). Walking to Mulberry from the PMI (Courthouse Square) Lot:Walk out the lot entrance onto East Middle Lane. Turn left and walk to the light (intersection of East Middle Lane and North Washington St.). Turn left onto North Washington St. and walk through the following intersection (Montgomery Ave. and Washington St.). At the next light (intersection of South Washington St. and West Jefferson St.), turn right. Our office are in the Garza Building, the white building on the right. Patrons pre-pay at pay stations located on every garage level and in the garage lobby by entering the parking space number and anticipated amount of stay to a maximum of four hours; additional time can be added later using the code printed on the receipt. Walking to Mulberry from the Colonial Lot:Walk across the lot toward the Regal Cinema which is on East Mongtomery Ave. Once on Montgomery Ave., turn right and walk through the intersection of Montgomery Ave. and Maryland Ave. Continue on Montgomery Ave. to the first light (intersection of Montgomery Ave. and Washington St.). Cross the intersection and immediately turn left onto Washington St. At the next light (intersection South Washington St. and West Jefferson St.), turn right.
