In addition to the lot adjacent to our offices, there are several nearby commercial lots and street parking is sometimes available.
NOTE: Be sure NOT to park in the Bar Association’s lot to the immediate west of our building on West Jefferson Street. The location is convenient, but getting your vehicle back after it has been towed isn’t.
U Street Parking Garage (North Washington)

Driving Directions from I-270:
Take Exit 6A, turning east onto Route 28 (also called West Montgomery Avenue) toward Rockville town center. (If, after turning onto Route 28, you drive past a gas station, you are going the wrong direction.)
At a “Y” intersection, turn left to stay on West Montgomery Avenue. (At this light, Route 28 and West Montgomery Avenue diverge. West Montgomery Avenue is a left turn, Route 28 curves right, and Falls Road comes in from far right.)
At the next light (intersection of Washington Street and Montgomery Avenue), continue through the intersection. Just past the intersection, turn left into the U Street Parking garage. The entrance is just before the M&T Bank.
Walking to Mulberry from the U Street Parking (North Washington) Garage:
Walk out the garage entrance onto Montgomery Avenue. Turning right, walk to the light (intersection of Montgomery Avenue and Washington Street). Cross Montgomery Avenue; continuing on South Washington Street, walk to the next light (intersection of South Washington Street and West Jefferson Street). Cross South Washington Street and continue past the BB&T bank. Our offices are in the Garza Building, the beige building on the right. We are in Suite 207 on the second floor (up the stairs).

North Washington Street Garage C (Rockville Town Square)

NOTE: This lot has both 2-hr maximum short-term parking (at street-level) and long-term parking (underground garage). Upon entering the long-term underground garage, patrons are issued a parking ticket which they should take with them; upon returning to their vehicles, patrons pay first at an Easy Pay station and then use the paid ticket to exit the garage.

Walk or take an elevator to street level. Walk out the parking entrance onto North Washington Street. Turn left and continue on North Washington Street through the next two intersections (Washington Street with East Middle Lane and Montgomery Avenue respectively). At the third light (intersection of South Washington Street and West Jefferson Street), cross South Washington Street and continue past the BB&T bank. NOTE: Upon entrance, patrons are issued a parking ticket which they should take with them. Those patrons wishing to pay by credit card may do so at the exit. Those wishing to pay with cash must use the Easy Pay station at the garage across the street (beneath the Cambria hotel & suites), then use the paid ticket to exit the garage.

Walk across the lot toward the Regal Cinema which is on East Montgomery Avenue. Once on Montgomery Avenue, turn right and walk through the intersection of Montgomery Avenue and Maryland Avenue. Continue on Montgomery Avenue to the first light (intersection of Montgomery Avenue and Washington Street). Cross Montgomery Avenue; continuing on South Washington Street, walk to the next light (intersection of South Washington Street and West Jefferson Street).
